Purpose
工作任務(wù)：
Perform periodic equipment maintenance activities. This position will be highly involved in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, programming and the installation of a variety of foundry equipment. ?This position will also supervise a maintenance crew to meet the department goals.
定期執(zhí)行鑄造車(chē)間設(shè)備的維護(hù)，如故障診斷和處理、維修、維護(hù)、編程及各種設(shè)備的安裝，同時(shí)還領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一個(gè)維護(hù)小組，完成部門(mén)目標(biāo)。
Principal Accountabilities
主要職責(zé)：
1. Will perform a variety of equipment activities in association with the other ?Technicians.
與 部門(mén)其他人員合作執(zhí)行多種與設(shè)備相關(guān)的任務(wù)；
2. Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC's and related devices to include Operator interfaces.
對(duì)西門(mén)子PLC及相關(guān)設(shè)備（包括操作界面）進(jìn)行編程和故障診斷處理；
3. Diagnose equipment ?malfunctions.
對(duì)鑄造設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行診斷；
4. Analyze and prioritize daily requests so as to insure effective completion of projects.
對(duì)日常工作進(jìn)行分析、設(shè)定優(yōu)先級(jí)，并按照優(yōu)先級(jí)要求執(zhí)行，確保項(xiàng)目的有效完成；
5. Act as a liaison with various equipment manufacturers or other outside sources to resolve operational problems.
充當(dāng)各種設(shè)備制造商和其他外來(lái)供應(yīng)商的聯(lián)絡(luò)員，解決運(yùn)行中的問(wèn)題；
6. Provide ?suggestions for equipment design of project components and help installation of project items and recommend engineering changes to correct and improve the operating capabilities of the plant.
為項(xiàng)目設(shè)備部件設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)提供建議，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目設(shè)備的安裝，提出設(shè)備工程變更的推薦意見(jiàn)，糾正設(shè)備上存在的問(wèn)題，提高工廠(chǎng)的運(yùn)行能力；
7. Provide supervision for maintenance crew including the delegation of work assignments and the enforcement of all departmental policies and procedures.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并監(jiān)督維修小組的工作，包括任務(wù)安排和授權(quán)、部門(mén)政策和程序的執(zhí)行等；
8. Implement maintenance work programs so as to reduce equipment failures and non-productive downtime.
執(zhí)行設(shè)備維護(hù)計(jì)劃，降低設(shè)備故障率和停機(jī)時(shí)間；
9. Organise related technicians to analyse the previous malfunctions and make the actions to improve the equipment stability .
定期組織相關(guān)部門(mén)人員分析設(shè)備故障履歷，實(shí)施持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施保障設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性；
10.Maintain accurate equipment history files, downtime records, preventive maintenance time schedules.
保存/維護(hù)精確的設(shè)備歷史檔案、停機(jī)記錄和預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃；
11.Maintain and adhere to ISO standards, including but not limited to the Quality Policy Statement as well as the Quality Control Procedures Manual.
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行有關(guān)的ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括但不限于質(zhì)量方針及質(zhì)量控制程序手冊(cè)等。
Position Qualifications
資質(zhì)要求：
1. Four year bachelor degree in electromechanical or related technology field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience including supervisory experience.
4年制本科機(jī)電專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)歷，相關(guān)領(lǐng)域至少5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且有該領(lǐng)域管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. Must be able to troubleshoot and assess the condition of equipment for mechanical and/or electrical repair and maintenance.
能夠?qū)υO(shè)備進(jìn)行故障診斷、評(píng)估和處理，以便進(jìn)行機(jī)械和/或電氣方面的維護(hù)維修；
3. Must be willing to work as day shift.
愿意上倒班。
4. should have heavy industry experience
有重工業(yè)行業(yè)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
