要求英語(yǔ)流利，可以開(kāi)global meeting，財(cái)務(wù)背景好，有總賬相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在BPO或財(cái)務(wù)共享中心有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
有CPA，ACCA等財(cái)務(wù)證書(shū)優(yōu)先。

RTR Team Lead（總賬會(huì)計(jì)主管）
Key Responsibility:
1. Supervise the RTR (GL) team on a day to day basis on operational matters
2. Improve the standards of performance of team members, training and development of team members
3. Introduce process improvements initiative in the GL area and is responsible for SLA adherence for GL process
4. Ensuring customer queries are satisfactorily addressed and for handling first level of escalation
5. Motivate stuff and work allocation among team members
6. Coordinate with customer, IT support and external and internal auditors for any audit request
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in F&A
2. 3-4 years work experience in GL area
3. Can work under great pressure, especially month end
4. Good command of both written and oral English
5. Very good team handling skill
6. Grasp MS-Office skill and SAP experience
