工作內容：
?
1.計劃、組織、實施工藝控制管理和提高，保證生產線C/L的良性運行，持續(xù)不斷地提高和改善生產工藝及流程以達成日益提高的生產目標KPI。保障安全、質量目標的達成和生產運作的正常進行
?
Plan, organize and carry out process control management and improvement, and keep C/L of product line running well. Keep improving and optimizing process and procedure to meet the growing KPI. Ensure the target of safety and quality and the basic running of production.

2.關注生產線的工藝狀態(tài)，解決工藝問題
?
Follow the state of product lines’ process, solve process issue.
?
3.依據(jù)公司對生產設備項目改造的要求，在上級的指令下，認真分析現(xiàn)狀，制定詳細的工作計劃，參考相關工藝信息，按期完成工藝方面的設計工作，制定工藝驗收計劃，組織并實施工藝驗收
?
Follow the requirement on production equipment project transformation and in the superior command. Analyze the state, make working plan in details and refer to the relevant process information. Design process in time, make acceptance plan and carry out.

4.對工藝技師、操作工、和廠內相關人員做工藝培訓

主要職責
?
1.解決責任生產線發(fā)生的重大工藝問題Solve major process problem in duty line
?
2.確保生產線工藝標準化體系的實施及提高Ensure the implementation and improvement of the system of production process standers
?
3.完善及提高生產線良好設置Improve and perfect good run setting隨時更新，每年回顧一次
?
Update in time, review per year
?
4.生產線換型效率持續(xù)提升，包括換型時間、換型廢品、換型效率Improve the efficiency of grade change, including the grade change time, the waste of grade change and efficiency of grade change.
?
5.對影響生產線TW的主要因素進行識別，立項，跟蹤直至問題得到解決。
?

6.負責生產線工藝標準的執(zhí)行、更新以及產品質量的保證和提高，提升生產線工藝能力，負責工藝范疇的質量改進項目In charge of the process stander of product line carry out and update and product quality guarantee and improve. Product line process ability improve and in charge of quality improve project relate to process problem.

7.負責對工藝技師、生產線操作人員進行生產技術及工藝培訓Training process technician, operators and staff related
?
8.參與到新品、提速等改造項目，運用PFMEA進行前期分析，參與生產線工藝、設備和產品的技術改造、改進、更新和提高的具體實施
?
9.學習新技術，研究分析生產設備、材料、工藝狀況，做進一步的工藝改進或TFT
?
Learn new technology, analyze the state of equipment, material and process, make process Kaizen or TFT 每年的創(chuàng)新性的改善或者TFT案例不少于5個
?

任職資格
?
1.電氣或者高分子材料相關專業(yè)大學本科Bachelor degree on electric or polymer material related major
?
2.1~3年相關行業(yè)工作經驗1~3 years work experience in related insudtry
?
3.熟悉自動化流水線工藝及設備知識Familiar with automatic production line technology and equipment knowledge
?
4.具備精益生產、工業(yè)工程、6sigma的經驗With the experience of Lean production & IE & 6 Sigma
?
5.熟練使用辦公軟件，具備使用CAD繪制圖紙能力The skilled use of office software, have the ability to use CAD drawing
?
6.良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力（CET-4證書）Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing
