崗位職責：

1.在項目統(tǒng)計員的支持和監(jiān)督下，履行研究統(tǒng)計員的職責，包括編制統(tǒng)計分析計劃中的發(fā)展報告和規(guī)劃規(guī)范，驗證研究分析輸出，進行探索性分析。
?
Perform duties of a Study Statistician with support and supervision from Project Statistician, including preparing developing report and programming specifications in a Statistical Analysis Plan, validating study analysis outputs, performing exploratory analyses.
?
2.支持項目統(tǒng)計員準備出版物、監(jiān)管通信和文件。
?
Support Project Statistician on preparing for publications, regulatory communication and documents.
?
3.與臨床研究、安全、統(tǒng)計規(guī)劃、數(shù)據(jù)管理、醫(yī)學寫作等其他職能部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保主要統(tǒng)計成果和里程碑的實現(xiàn)。
?
Ensure achievement of major statistical deliverables and milestones in coordination with other functions including Clinical Research, Safety, Statistical Programming, Data Management, Medical Writing and other functions.
?
4.按要求編制外部供應商數(shù)據(jù)分析規(guī)范。通過審查供應商的產(chǎn)品，確保符合規(guī)范。
?
Prepare specifications for data analyses by outside vendors as required. Assure compliance with the specifications by reviewing the vendors' products.

任職要求：

1.統(tǒng)計學、生物統(tǒng)計學或相關專業(yè)碩士。
?
Master in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
?
2.扎實的統(tǒng)計方法學知識
?
Solid knowledge of statistical methodology
?
3.與非統(tǒng)計人員溝通統(tǒng)計信息的能力。
?
Ability to communicate statistical information to non-statisticians.
?
4.優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面溝通能力。
?
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
